Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination support, and maintaining employee records. The role involves handling employee relations, addressing queries, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures. The HR Executive will collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment activities, assist with interviews, and support HR-related reporting and compliance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ballia, requiring close coordination with leadership and staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to oversee core HR functions.
  • Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, and HR systems or HRIS tools.
  • Skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle concerns, support conflict resolution, and promote engagement.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies, labor regulations, and compliance standards, with the ability to implement and update policies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work on-site in Ballia, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in staffing, recruitment, or the IT services sector is preferred but not mandatory.
