Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Bardez. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, overseeing recruitment activities, coordinating onboarding, and supporting payroll and attendance processes. The role involves managing employee relations by addressing queries, resolving concerns, and supporting engagement initiatives. The Human Resources Executive will assist in developing, communicating, and implementing HR policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company standards. The position also includes supporting performance management processes, coordinating training programs, and working closely with management to meet workforce planning needs.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support end-to-end HR functions.
  • Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations to manage recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR administration.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations to handle employee queries, support engagement, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies to assist in drafting, implementing, and ensuring adherence to company guidelines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations relevant to India, particularly Goa.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, and proficiency with HR software and MS Office tools.
  • Prior experience in a real estate or related industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
