Job Description
Job Scope
Human Resources:
- Manage recruitment process: job postings, recruitment agencies & onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up-to-date.
- Payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Handle HR documentation including employment contracts, policies, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Handle work pass & income tax clearance related matters
Administration:
- Assist to organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
- Liaise with government bodies and handle statutory compliance where required.
- Carry out any additional responsibilities or ad-hoc assignments as directed by Management
