Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive with expertise in both Payroll Management & Talent Acquisition. In this dual-role position, you will play a crucial role in sourcing top-tier candidates for our organization while ensuring accurate and confidential payroll processing.


Key responsibilities include:


Payroll Management:

  1. Record Management: Maintain employee database monthly as per the salary structure and attendance, ensuring confidentiality.
  2. Knowledge and Compliance: Keep in charge of the payroll processing system and changes in wage/tax laws, and apply changes as appropriate.
  3. Payment Processing: Prepare and process statements of payment and ensure timely payment of employee benefits - like bonuses.
  4. Monthly Payroll Processing: Process the payroll for all employees.
  5. Salary Sheet Management: Verify, calculate, and update the salary sheet with any amendments on a monthly basis, ensuring confidentiality.


Talent Acquisition:

  1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including online databases, social media platforms, professional networks, and job boards, to identify potential candidates.
  2. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to proactively anticipate talent demands and sourcing challenges.
  3. Candidate Engagement: Initiate and maintain communication with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
  4. Pre-Screening: Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skill sets, and cultural fit, and present qualified candidates to the hiring team.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements, target profiles, and maintain a strong understanding of the company's hiring needs.
  6. Data Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other designated tools.
  7. Metrics and Reporting: Track sourcing metrics and regularly report on sourcing progress, challenges, and outcomes to the talent acquisition team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Payroll functions.
  • Agency experience would be a plus.
