Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Manjeri. The Human Resources Executive will oversee end to end recruitment in a volumetric manner, Employee Onbaording, Payroll assistance & Employee relations. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies, fostering a positive workplace environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate will contribute to improving HR processes and aligning them with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Volumetric recruitments and Human Resources (HR) preferably in logistics
• Hands-on experience in blue collared & white collared staff hiring
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and maintaining a positive workplace culture
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team setting with pressure
• Ability to manage Hindi & Tamil language
• Masters in Human Resources/ relevant
