Position - Associate - Human Resources

Who are we

HaystackAnalytics is a healthtech company spun out of IIT Bombay, developing products and technology platforms to make NGS-based clinical solutions affordable and accessible to diagnostic laboratories and hospitals worldwide. We are a global innovator of products like TB-WGS and infexn-NGS. Both of these are patented products from HaystackAnalytics disrupting diagnostics and improving patient outcome in their respective domains. Next we are creating the AI Platform for human genomics ‘identifi-NGS’ which is designed to bring a patient's genetic context to Hospitals/doctors/customers enabling personalized therapy and outcome.

What we want you to do

● Design and update job descriptions

● Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)

● Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

● Screen incoming resumes and application forms

● Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

● Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests

● Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally

● Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

● Coordinate with stakeholders i.e Hiring managers, candidates. For scheduling interviews.

● Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events

● Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

● Act as a liaison with new joiners to help them in the journey of new hire to an employee.

● Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.

What are we looking in you

● 6 months - 1 year work experience as an HR Recruiter/Executive.

● Well versed with MS Office and GSuite

● Experience with sourcing techniques

● Understanding of referral programs

● Strong verbal as well as written communication skills. Good proficiency in English.

● Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources

● Will be required to use own Laptop.
