We are currently scaling our international lead generation division focused on the Australian renewable energy sector (Solar and Heating). We operate a lean, high-performance environment where strategic leadership directly impacts global client success.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and metrics-driven Team Lead to oversee a dedicated pod of 4 International Outbound Sales Executives. The Team Lead will be responsible for driving the daily performance, quality assurance, and operational efficiency of their team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in international outbound voice processes, exceptional coaching abilities, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding departmental KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage, train, and mentor a pod of 4 outbound lead generation executives, providing continuous feedback, live call monitoring, and structured coaching sessions to improve conversion rates.
  • Performance Management: Drive daily, weekly, and monthly team targets. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as dial volume, contact rates, lead qualification accuracy, and overall pipeline contribution.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of recorded calls and CRM entries to ensure compliance with quality standards, script adherence, and accurate representation of our Australian partners.
  • Operational Strategy: Identify trends in prospect objections and collaborate with management to refine call scripts, target criteria, and outreach strategies for the solar and heating markets.
  • Reporting & Administration: Generate daily performance reports for senior management, manage team attendance, and maintain a highly motivated, disciplined work environment during the early morning shift.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in International Outbound Sales/Voice Processes, with at least 1 to 2 years in a direct supervisory or Team Lead capacity.
  • Market Expertise: Extensive experience working international shifts; prior experience managing Australian campaigns is highly preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms, predictive dialers, and VOIP telephony systems.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to motivate a team, resolve conflicts, and drive performance in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with full professional proficiency in English.
  • Availability: Strict adherence to the on-site Australian shift timings (5:30 AM to 2:30 PM IST).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience managing campaigns specifically within the Solar, HVAC, or Renewable Energy sectors.
