Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Mumbai for a Regional Sales Head. The Regional Sales Head will oversee sales operations within an assigned region, manage key client accounts, and develop strategies to drive business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, managing and mentoring the sales team, setting sales targets, and ensuring revenue objectives are met. The role also involves preparing sales forecasts and collaborating with other departments to optimize customer satisfaction and business efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and developing effective strategies to achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in Management and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Demonstrated ability in Team Management and mentoring a high-performing sales team
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret market trends and drive business decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in regional sales leadership and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic business environments and thrive in a competitive market
