Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a driven and professional Sales Intern / Sales Executive to support our business development pipeline. The role focuses on identifying prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and supporting end-to-end sales coordination with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential leads within target industries Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and client communication materials Coordinate and schedule discovery calls or product demos with the internal team Maintain CRM records and track lead progress systematically Participate in internal sales strategy discussions and contribute insights Support relationship management with existing and potential clients Represent PhlexiBIT professionally across communication channels and events Skills & Requirements Strong communication and presentation abilities (written & verbal) Analytical mindset with the ability to understand client pain points Professional work ethic, reliability, and responsibility in follow-ups Organizational skills and ability to document and manage lead data accurately Familiarity or willingness to learn CRM tools and sales workflows Preferred Qualifications Previous internship or exposure to sales, marketing, or client-facing roles (not mandatory) Curiosity and willingness to learn fast in a dynamic environment Growth Opportunity This role offers direct exposure to B2B sales strategy, product positioning, and client communication frameworks.
