🧠 Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources with a minimum of 2 years of HR experience to handle core HR functions across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will contribute to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR policy implementation, compliance, and HR operations to drive a productive and compliant work culture.

πŸ“Œ Key Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process β€” job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer letters.
  • Coordinate with department leads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment.

Onboarding & Orientation

  • Facilitate seamless onboarding activities, including documentation, induction, and orientation.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee records, HRIS data, attendance, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Draft HR documents such as appointment letters, salary confirmations, and other correspondence as needed.

Employee Relations & Support

  • Address employee queries, resolve workplace issues, and support conflict resolution efforts professionally.
  • Promote a positive work environment and assist employees with HR-related concerns.

HR Policy, Compliance & Benefits

  • Ensure HR processes comply with relevant labour laws and company policies.
  • Support benefits administration and coordination with external vendors.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Assist in performance appraisal cycles, review records, and help in employee development initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership review.

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in HR operations, HR generalist, or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software/HRIS.
