Role Description
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. This full-time, on-site HR Recruiter/HR Executive role is based in Delhi. HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will play an important role in building a strong employer brand for our law firm to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees. The role also requires effective communication with internal stakeholders, adherence to organizational policies, and contribution to continuous improvement of recruitment practices.

Key responsibilities & duties:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Hiring candidates across various positions, from entry-level to senior management.
- Design and update job descriptions.
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Preliminary Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
- Scheduling and coordinating Google Meet interviews.
- Organizing final-round interviews with management.
- Prepare and send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
Documentation & Verification
- Verify candidate backgrounds and previous employment history via email and alternative channels.
- Responsible for keeping employee records accurate and maintaining HR databases.
Ability to commute/relocate: Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Experience using recruitment tools, job portals, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) for talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of basic HR policies, employment laws, and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.
Work experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in HR.
