HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bulk hiring, campus recruitment, Production hiring and strong coordination skills to support hiring needs across Non-IT roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding.

• Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain and update daily recruitment status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Manage recruitment-related documentation and records.

• Conduct background verification and reference checks for selected candidates.

• Participate in and organize campus recruitment drives and job fairs.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet hiring targets.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong experience in bulk hiring for Non-IT roles.

• Proven experience in campus hiring.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Hands-on experience with any ATS is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong relationship-building and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.

Educational qualification:

• MBA in HR/ Industrial Relations/B.Tech (EEE/ECE)
