• Working on End-to-End recruitment process.

• Sourcing candidates through various sources job portals, social network, and head hunting like Naukri, LinkedIn.

• Posting and advertising the jobs on various sites

• Preliminary screening/ conduct first level telephonic interview /short listing the right profile against the given requirement.

• Schedule interviews with different levels / clients and follow up for the feed backs.

• Follow up with shortlisted candidate till they on-board.

• Must be good team player and should be capable to interact with the team members on a regular basis.

• Analyzing and understanding the technical recruitment process.

• Collaborate effectively with Team Leads to drive a high level of performance.

• Ensuring adherence of process.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Go Getter, Great Learning Attitude and strive for Success.

• Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.
