Job Description

Talent Seeds is hiring for a full-time on-site HR Recruiter role located in Saravanampatti, Coimbatore. We are looking for a Recruiter with experience in a recruitment/staffing company to manage end-to-end hiring activities. The role involves sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating candidates for various client requirements. Previous Experience in a recruitment or staffing agency is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up on feedback.
• Maintain candidate and client databases and ensure timely updates.
• Support onboarding and documentation as required.
  
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a recruitment or staffing agency is mandatory.
• Strong communication and candidate-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.
