Earningzen Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our growing team. If you have experience in hiring sales professionals and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

✅ End-to-end recruitment for Domestic & International IT Sales positions.

✅ Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.

✅ Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.

✅ Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

✅ Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

✅ Ensure timely closures while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

✔️ 1–4 years of recruitment experience.

✔️ Experience hiring for Domestic or International Sales roles (IT Sales hiring preferred).

✔️ Strong communication, sourcing, and interpersonal skills.

✔️ Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

✔️ Must be comfortable working in Night Shifts.
