Our recruiters don’t just fill roles—they build scalable hiring engines, design candidate journeys, and deliver measurable hire-to-retention outcomes—all while working fully remote with performance-driven incentives. Role & Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment: source, screen, interview, and close candidates for high-volume, target-driven roles across industries.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, and niche platforms aligned with client hiring needs.
• Conduct phone/video screenings, manage scheduling, and guide candidates through hiring workflows with strong communication.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define success metrics, and align candidate profiles.
• Track and report KPIs daily—offer acceptance rate, time-to-fill, source effectiveness—to drive continuous hiring optimization.
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and regional hiring dynamics to advise clients and candidates effectively.
