Role & Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for BDE (Business Development Executive) roles
Handle bulk and urgent hiring requirements for UK and USA clients
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess communication skills
Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews
Ensure timely closures while maintaining candidate quality
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates
Build a strong pipeline of BDE candidates for ongoing requirements

Required Skills & Experience

1–2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment
Proven experience in BDE / Sales hiring
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Experience hiring for international process / overseas clients is a strong advantage
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Kolkata candidate preferred
