Role Description

As an HR Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating potential hires, and coordinating the hiring process. In addition, you will maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and employee referrals
• Proficiency in conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and ensuring the best fit for roles
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, databases, and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and collaborate with internal teams
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with the education or training industry is a plus
