Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Ahmedabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Department: Human Resources

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter who will primarily manage end-to-end recruitment activities while also supporting HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have experience in IT recruitment, with exposure to US staffing considered an added advantage. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with internal teams
  • Manage offer roll-out and candidate follow-ups
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports

HR Operations Support

  • Assist with employee onboarding and documentation
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support HR administration and operational tasks
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR processes

Employee Engagement & Event Coordination

  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities
  • Coordinate internal events, team activities, and celebrations

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles
  • Experience in IT recruitment is preferred
  • Exposure to US staffing / international recruitment will be an added advantage
  • Good understanding of HR operations and documentation
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
