Role: Sr. HR Recruiter.
Experience: 1-3 years
Work Location: Faridabad

Job Responsibility

Excellent communication skills (Writing and Verbal), multitasking, time management skills and efficiency in meeting deadlines.
Attendance management, Payroll Processing, Employee grievance management, Salary, Employee Database management, Client management, Recruitment and other HR operations.
Should be able to work efficiently on MS Office Programmes like Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook at a reasonably good speed.
Recruitment, Designing Salary Breakup, Documentation.
Preparation of Bills and follow-up with clients for payment.
Liaisoning & coordination with clients.
Team Management.
Training & Development.

Behavioral Responsibility

Microsoft (Office, Excel).
Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal).
Multitasking.
Time management skills.
Timely Execution of Projects.
Efficient Client Management.
Proper Utilization of Resources.
Resource Planning and Recruitment.
