Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying great talent, an understanding of the company's needs, and the ability to develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
