Role Overview

As an HR Operations Intern, you will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR processes across the employee lifecycle. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, compliance, documentation, HRMS, employee engagement, and policy implementation.

This is a high-ownership role designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in onboarding and documentation for new joiners
  • Support exit formalities and documentation
  • Maintain and update employee database
  • Ensure accuracy of HR records and documentation
  • Assist in organizing engagement initiatives
  • Address basic employee queries and escalate when required
  • Support internal HR communications
  • Identify areas for process improvement

Who Should Apply?

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (BMS, BBA, B.Com, MBA HR, or equivalent)
  • Strong interest in HR Operations and compliance
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Available for full-time, work-from-office role in Mumbai
  • Immediate joiners preferred
