We are hiring Customer Support Executive for our GST/ITR verification Process. The selected candidates will be coordinating with the customer for their GST/ITR verification process. This process is done when the customer had taken loan from any back for their professional & personal use.

☑️ No sales or convincing involved – this is a support and verification role.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound/ Inbound calls to customers for GST/ITR verification.

Provide accurate guidance and support to complete the verification process.

Maintain call quality and data confidentiality.

Coordinate with internal teams for any escalations.

Requirements

Good English communication skills (verbal).

Fresher’s with good communication are welcome.

Should be comfortable with On-call customer interaction.
