Your activities

  • Able to do Time Office functions and Payroll management,
  • Ensure statutory and legal compliance as per the labour codes and other acts/rules
  • Recruitment activities for Blue Collar employees,
  • Facility Management services, office administration & travel and hotel management
  • Employee Engagement and Event Co-ordination,
  • Facing IMS audits.
  • Managing Canteen, Horticulture, Security and House Keeping Services.

Your profile

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management / Labour Management / Business Administration.
  • MBA- HR
  • Any Diploma in relation to HR / IR added advantage.
  • Proficient in MS WORD, MS EXCEL and MS Power Point.
  • Experience- 5 to 7 years
