Job Description

Position: Learning & Development (L&D) Intern

Location: Nagpur – Work from Office

Duration: 3–6 Months

Stipend: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Start Date: Immediate / Within 2–4 weeks



Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated L&D Intern to support training and development initiatives

within the HR team. The role involves assisting in organizing training programs, developing

learning materials, and tracking training effectiveness.



Key Responsibilities:

 Support planning and coordination of employee training programs

 Assist in creating training materials and presentations

 Help conduct training needs analysis and collect feedback

 Maintain training records and reports

 Coordinate workshops, webinars, and learning sessions



Eligibility Criteria:

 MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (HR), either pursuing or completed.

 Prior internship or project experience in Training or Learning & Development (L&D)

will be preferred.

 Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

 Good presentation and facilitation skills.

 Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)

 Should know Canva or similar tool for designing presentations and learning materials.
