Position: Learning & Development (L&D) Intern
Location: Nagpur – Work from Office
Duration: 3–6 Months
Stipend: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Start Date: Immediate / Within 2–4 weeks
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated L&D Intern to support training and development initiatives
within the HR team. The role involves assisting in organizing training programs, developing
learning materials, and tracking training effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Support planning and coordination of employee training programs
Assist in creating training materials and presentations
Help conduct training needs analysis and collect feedback
Maintain training records and reports
Coordinate workshops, webinars, and learning sessions
Eligibility Criteria:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (HR), either pursuing or completed.
Prior internship or project experience in Training or Learning & Development (L&D)
will be preferred.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Good presentation and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
Should know Canva or similar tool for designing presentations and learning materials.
