Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for an HR cum Operations Head. The role involves overseeing human resource management, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation. Daily responsibilities include developing and enforcing HR policies, managing personnel and employee benefits, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, this role includes operational management tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
• Strong background in HR Management and the implementation of HR Policies.
• Expertise in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management processes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment in Mumbai.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in managing HR and operational activities in an education-oriented or mission-driven organization is a plus.
