- Role Title: Head of Human Resources – India GCC
- Location: Chennai, India
- Reports To: Global CHRO (USA)

- Role Purpose
- We are building a next-generation Global Capability Center (GCC) in India and are seeking a transformational Head of HR to architect and scale a world-class people function. This role goes beyond traditional HR leadership — you will design the people system that powers business growth, ensuring alignment with global strategy while embedding a high-performance, compliant, and innovation-driven culture.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Enterprise HR Strategy
- Define and execute a forward-looking HR strategy aligned with global business priorities and GCC expansion plans
- Translate business objectives into scalable workforce, capability, and culture strategies
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, influencing critical business decisions
- HR Operating Model & Transformation
- Build a scalable HR structure (HRBP + COE + Shared Services) to support rapid growth
- Drive HR transformation through digitalization, automation, and analytics
- Establish data-driven decision-making frameworks across all HR functions
- Organization Design & Workforce Planning
- Design future-ready organizational structures with optimal spans and layers
- Lead workforce planning, skill mapping, and capability development
- Enable internal mobility and talent optimization strategies
- Culture, Leadership & Talent Development
- Build a performance-driven, ownership-oriented culture aligned with global values
- Establish leadership pipelines, succession planning, and HiPo frameworks
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
- Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure 100% compliance with India labor laws and global policies
- Build audit-ready HR governance frameworks and controls
- Mitigate people-related risks through structured policies and monitoring
- Employee Experience & Engagement
- Design a best-in-class employee lifecycle experience
- Drive engagement, retention, and employer branding initiatives
- Leverage insights to continuously improve employee satisfaction

- 15–25 years of progressive HR leadership experience
