The Role:

You'll lead HR at a fast-growing, high-hustle startup where execution beats excuses. This is 60% Talent Acquisition, 40% Generalist a rare hybrid role for someone who can recruit like a killer TA leader while managing culture, people operations, and everything HR.

You'll report directly to the Founders and own the full people function.


You'll own:

  • Talent Acquisition at scale – Build pipelines, close senior hires yourself, and lead a high-performing TA team
  • Team leadership – Manage 12-15 people across TA, HRBP, Payroll, and Onboarding
  • Culture and employee experience – Shape the vibe, retain top talent, keep the energy high
  • HR operations – Policies, compliance, payroll, everything that keeps the engine running
  • Strategic execution – Partner with leadership to hire, scale, and retain A-players


Who you are:

  • Startup operator – You've worked in startups with rigorous ops and sales discipline, not chaotic free-for-alls
  • Hands-on closer – You can personally source, interview, and close senior positions when needed
  • High energy, zero drop-offs – You don't let balls drop. Ever. You follow through like your life depends on it.
  • Communication powerhouse – Clear, direct, persuasive, you can sell the company to candidates and influence leadership
  • Team builder and leader – You've managed teams and know how to drive accountability without micromanaging
  • Generalist muscle – TA is your strength, but you can own HRBP work, culture initiatives, payroll ops, and more


Requirements :

  • Proven experience in high-growth startups with operational rigor
  • Track record of closing senior hires independently
  • Experience leading TA and HR Generalist functions in a 60/40 split
  • Managed teams of 10-15+ people across TA, HRBP, Payroll, Onboarding
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bangalore-based, full-time office presence required
