Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Panchkula. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks, including drafting and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management activities. Additional responsibilities will include coordinating HR operations, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate employee records while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge and interest in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Ability to create and implement HR Policies and manage Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management to support employee life-cycle tasks
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree (or ongoing studies) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems is a plus
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
