Internship Duration: 3 Months

Stiphen: 6K per Month


Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support our HR team in daily operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee management, payroll support, and HR administration while working in a fast-paced corporate environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Maintain and update employee data, HR documentation, and employee records.
  • Support the payroll process by maintaining employee data and attendance records.
  • Monitor employee and trainee performance and maintain performance tracking reports.
  • Maintain and update the employee attendance sheet and record leave details.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and trainees.
  • Support in organizing and conducting induction programs for trainees.


Skills Required

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment


Eligibility

  • MBA / BBA / HR-related degree (Pursuing or recently completed)
  • Interest in Human Resources and recruitment
