Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support our HR team in daily operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee management, payroll support, and HR administration while working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Maintain and update employee data, HR documentation, and employee records.
- Support the payroll process by maintaining employee data and attendance records.
- Monitor employee and trainee performance and maintain performance tracking reports.
- Maintain and update the employee attendance sheet and record leave details.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and trainees.
- Support in organizing and conducting induction programs for trainees.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
Eligibility
- MBA / BBA / HR-related degree (Pursuing or recently completed)
- Interest in Human Resources and recruitment
