This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Intern at our Coimbatore office, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Human Resources Intern, you will support HR operations, assist in managing HR policies, and coordinate employee benefits and personnel management. Your role will also involve working on recruitment processes, onboarding, and other key activities to ensure a positive employee experience.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and processes
• Knowledge of HR Management practices and Employee Benefits administration
• Familiarity with developing and enforcing HR Policies
• Experience or interest in Personnel Management and employee relations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using HR management tools and systems is an advantage
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
