Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida for the Head of Human Resources. The role involves leading and overseeing the HR department, including the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and systems. The incumbent will manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and oversee recruitment, performance management, and employee development initiatives. Additionally, the role will influence organizational culture and ensure alignment with the company's goals and values.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and the ability to ensure compliance
• Experience in designing and implementing HR Policies
• Expertise in Employee Relations management
• Strategic leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage human capital strategically
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is an advantage
• Experience in Real Estate is Mandatory.
