Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Merchandiser at Deepak Rugs, located in Kakori. The Senior Merchandiser will oversee end-to-end merchandising operations, including product planning, stock management, and inventory control. The role involves collaborating with suppliers and clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing sales trends, and implementing marketing initiatives to promote products effectively. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Experience in Customer Service and proficiency in addressing client needs and building lasting relationships
• Proven abilities in Sales and Retail to achieve performance goals and manage inventory effectively
• Knowledge and experience in Marketing strategies to promote products and enhance brand visibility
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a similar role and a background in the textiles or home decor industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
