Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hot Line Cook based in Cincinnati, OH. The Hot Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes as per menu specifications, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and ensuring food safety standards are upheld. Daily tasks include following recipes, managing food preparation timelines, collaborating with kitchen staff, and supporting smooth kitchen operations during high-volume periods.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment usage
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Team collaboration skills and effective communication with kitchen staff
