Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Hospitality Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure guests have a smooth, comfortable, and memorable stay experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
• Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and requests professionally
• Ensure rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained
• Coordinate with housekeeping and support staff
• Provide local travel guidance and guest support when needed
• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere
• Assist in managing online bookings and guest communication
• Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused attitude
• Basic knowledge of hospitality or hotel operations preferred
• Ability to handle guests professionally
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
• Freshers with a positive attitude can also apply

Preferred Skills:

• English and Hindi communication
• Experience in hotel, homestay, café, or customer service roles
• Knowledge of local tourist attractions
