Role Description The Restaurant Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and maintaining high service standards. This role includes supervising floor staff, coordinating seating and table turnover, and ensuring guests receive attentive and courteous service throughout their visit. The supervisor will monitor food and beverage service quality, support the bar and kitchen teams with smooth coordination, and handle guest feedback and escalations professionally. Additional responsibilities include managing shift schedules, guiding team members, assisting with training, and enforcing hygiene, safety, and brand standards. The Restaurant Supervisor will collaborate with management to enhance guest experience, support special events, and contribute to overall restaurant performance.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, shift management, and staff coordination.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to handle feedback, resolve issues, and create memorable guest experiences.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear interaction with guests, team members, and management.
  • Candidates should possess Food & Beverage knowledge, including menu understanding, service standards, and basic bar and restaurant operations.
  • Relevant experience supervising in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment, preferably in high-energy or premium venues.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving on the floor.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
