Role Description


The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in South Extension Part 2, New Delhi. This role supports daily store operations, including supervising staff, ensuring merchandise is well-presented, and maintaining a clean, organized sales environment. The Assistant Store Manager helps drive sales, monitors inventory levels, and assists in implementing promotional activities. This role also involves handling customer inquiries and concerns, supporting loss prevention measures, and ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction. The Assistant Store Manager collaborates closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and operational goals.


Qualifications


  • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
  • Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
  • Experience or aptitude in Store Management, including daily operations, visual merchandising, and basic inventory handling.
  • Awareness of Retail Loss Prevention practices to help safeguard store assets and minimize shrinkage.
  • Previous experience in retail or fashion footwear is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site full-time in New Delhi, including weekends and peak retail periods as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a collaborative approach to team leadership.
