Position: Assistant Front Office Manager📍 Location: Garhmukteshwar, UP
Key Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience in front office operations within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong guest relations and customer service skills with the ability to handle VIP and high-profile guests professionally.
- Proven experience in managing bulk/group bookings and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and confident personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Oversee day-to-day front office operations and ensure smooth guest check-in/check-out experiences.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
- Manage and coordinate bulk bookings, group reservations, and corporate stays.
- Support and guide the front office team to maintain operational excellence.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, sales, and other departments for efficient guest service.
- Ensure compliance with resort policies and hospitality standards.
