Role Description The Customer Service Captain is a full-time, on-site role based at Hotel Mini Punjab in Hubli. This position is responsible for supervising guest-facing service activities, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to guest inquiries, and handling check-in, check-out, and reservation-related queries. The role includes coordinating with reception and restaurant staff, resolving guest concerns, monitoring service quality, and guiding team members to maintain consistent hospitality standards. The Customer Service Captain will also oversee phone and in-person communication, ensure accurate information is provided to guests, and support training of junior staff in customer service best practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to manage guest interactions and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Candidates should possess Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive guest relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and clear communication skills for professional, courteous, and efficient telephone conversations.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, front office operations, or guest relations is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation or front office systems is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or customer service is beneficial.
