Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HMC Operator role located in Viralimalai. The HMC Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the Horizontal Machining Center (HMC) to manufacture precision components. Tasks include interpreting technical drawings, monitoring machining processes to ensure quality standards, troubleshooting equipment issues, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals. The operator will also ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in setting up and operating Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC) and understanding their technical aspects
• Ability to interpret and work with technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Experience with machining techniques, tools, and materials in an industrial environment
• Knowledge of quality control standards and ability to perform critical measurements
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Adherence to workplace safety and operational guidelines
• A technical education or certification in machining, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an asset
