Position Title: Sales Coordinator
Department: Sales Marketing
Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer records, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, clients, and internal departments. The role helps improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with day-to-day coordination and administrative support
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders
Maintain and update customer data, sales records, and reports
Coordinate with accounts, production, dispatch, and logistics teams for order execution
Track sales performance and prepare MIS and sales reports
Handle customer inquiries, calls, emails, and follow-ups
Schedule meetings, appointments, and product demonstrations
Support in achieving sales targets by ensuring timely follow-ups
Ensure proper documentation and filing of sales-related records
Resolve basic customer issues and escalate when required
Required Skills Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support (freshers may apply if skilled)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM software
Basic knowledge of sales processes and documentation
Coordination experience in B2B sales environment
Working Hours
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Office-based / On-site Noida sec-8 E-21C 201301
