Role Description The Export Sales Manager for Pharma Exports will be responsible for developing and executing export sales strategies, with a focus on achieving revenue and profitability targets in international markets. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Amritsar/Ludhiana area and involves identifying new overseas customers, managing existing client relationships, and negotiating contracts aligned with company objectives. The role includes preparing business plans, forecasting sales, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements. The Export Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams such as production, logistics, quality, and finance to ensure timely delivery, product quality, and customer satisfaction, while providing regular performance reports to management.
Qualifications
  • Strong Sales and International Sales skills, with proven experience in driving pharma exports and managing overseas client relationships.
  • Expertise in Export operations and International Business, including documentation, compliance, trade regulations, and global market dynamics.
  • Competence in Business Planning, including market analysis, sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and territory development.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical exports or healthcare product exports, with understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Pharmacy, or a related field; an MBA or specialized export management qualification is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems; ability to analyze sales data and prepare management reports.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade fairs, and market development activities as required.
