Position Head – Digital Marketing & Sales

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead our Digital Marketing and Sales functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives, lead generation, brand positioning, and sales conversion strategies. Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive lead generation through SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize ROI across channels.
  • Monitor website performance, customer journeys, and conversion metrics.
  • Lead brand-building initiatives and enhance online visibility.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights through data-driven reporting.

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through digital and traditional channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure quality lead generation and conversion.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Digital Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Set KPIs and performance metrics for team members.
  • Foster collaboration between marketing, sales, and other business functions.
  • Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and marketing success.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and sales processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
