Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive lead generation through SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize ROI across channels.
- Monitor website performance, customer journeys, and conversion metrics.
- Lead brand-building initiatives and enhance online visibility.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights through data-driven reporting.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through digital and traditional channels.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure quality lead generation and conversion.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Digital Marketing and Sales teams.
- Set KPIs and performance metrics for team members.
- Foster collaboration between marketing, sales, and other business functions.
- Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Sales leadership roles.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and marketing success.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and sales processes.
