Business Development Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Delhi, OH. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and support the negotiation and closing of deals. This role involves conducting market and competitor research, preparing presentations and proposals, and collaborating with marketing and delivery teams to align client needs with Adcrue’s performance marketing solutions. The Business Development Executive will also track performance metrics, maintain an organized sales pipeline, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and sales pipeline management.
• Ability to build client relationships, conduct effective meetings, and negotiate win-win agreements.
• Experience with business development in marketing, advertising, or related industries is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to inform business decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines on-site.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
