Role Description The Business Development Executive role at Alphadroid is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building a robust sales pipeline in target industries such as hospitality, retail, healthcare, and transportation. The Business Development Executive will conduct client meetings and product demonstrations, present tailored solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing account management. Daily responsibilities include market research, outreach via calls and emails, maintaining CRM records, preparing proposals, and tracking performance against sales targets. The role also requires close collaboration with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and gather client feedback that informs future offerings.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with experience building and managing a sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess sound Business acumen, including understanding of B2B sales cycles, revenue drivers, and customer decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills, with the ability to nurture long-term client relationships and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience selling technology, automation, robotics, or SaaS solutions in B2B environments is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to track and improve performance is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, travel to client locations as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
