Our client is seeking a strategic and execution-driven Head of Supply Chain to lead

end-to-end supply chain operations for a high-growth refurbished device business. The role

oversees procurement, reverse logistics, refurbishment operations, inventory planning,

and distribution with a strong focus on scalability, efficiency, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including reverse logistics and refurbishment
• Manage procurement, inventory planning, warehousing, and distribution strategies
• Optimize cost structures, inventory turnover, and operational efficiency
• Strengthen logistics performance across forward and reverse supply chains
• Implement KPIs, analytics, and operational reporting systems
• Ensure compliance with sustainability, governance, and operational standards

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain leadership roles, (EMS) industry preferred
• Strong experience within refurbished devices, consumer electronics, or circular economy models
• Deep expertise in reverse logistics and inventory-sensitive operations
• Proven ability in operational scaling and cost optimization
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities
