Are you a dynamic sales leader with a strong understanding of the drone industry, a passion for building partnerships, and a proven ability to close high-value deals?
insideFPV is looking for a driven Head of Growth / Sales to lead revenue, partnerships, CRM, business development, and government/defense sales across India.
What you’ll do:
- Lead sales and growth strategy across India
- Drive government, defense, and institutional sales
- Manage bidding, tenders, and GEM portal opportunities
- Build and scale partnerships and business development channels
- Own CRM, pipeline management, and sales processes
- Lead and mentor the sales team
- Plan and execute PAN India demos, meetings, and industry engagements
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in the government tender industry
- Strong background in government / defense sales
- Hands-on experience with bidding and GEM portals
- Proven team leadership and revenue ownership
- Strong skills in partnerships, CRM, negotiation, and business development
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
- Willingness to travel across India
