Job Description
One of our clients, a new-generation real estate development company redefining modern living in India, is looking to hire for a Sales Head to help scale the sales. The role involves along with the team driving new client acquisition for residential and industrial sales, building strong customer relationships, managing the entire sales lifecycle, manage channel partners and brokers.
Role Description
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives and project timelines.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics to identify opportunities and adjust strategy accordingly.
Oversee the end-to-end customer journey from lead to closure, ensuring a high-quality experience at every stage.
Lead end-to-end sales for industrial, residential, commercial, plotted, or mixed-use developments.
Monitor project-wise sales performance, absorption rates, conversion ratios, and pipeline health.
Build, expand, and manage strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, IPCs, and sales associates.
Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales objectives with brand, digital, ATL, BTL, and lead-generation initiatives
Oversee CRM operations to ensure effective lead management, customer engagement, and conversion tracking.
Drive partner engagement through regular meetings, incentive structures, training sessions, and project updates.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams across projects and locations.
Work in coordination with Finance, Legal, CRM, Projects, and Operations teams to ensure smooth transaction closures and documentation.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, revenue projections, and periodic business reports for management review.
- A proven track record of at least 20+ years in sales, with progressive leadership experience
