🚀 We’re Hiring: Head of Sales – AIVIDA


AIVIDA is building a connected digital healthcare ecosystem for doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, labs, wellness providers, and patients.


We’re looking for a strong and ambitious Head of Sales who can build strategy, lead execution, create market trust, and drive revenue growth for AIVIDA.

This role is not just about sales targets.

It’s about building the complete sales engine for a growing HealthTech brand.


What you will lead?

  • Build and execute AIVIDA’s sales strategy
  • Drive doctor, clinic, hospital, pharmacy, lab, and scan centre partnerships
  • Create strong sales pipelines and conversion plans
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
  • Conduct high-impact demos and close key accounts
  • Build city-wise and area-wise healthcare provider networks
  • Develop referral, partnership, and field sales strategies
  • Work closely with customer success and product teams to improve activation
  • Track sales performance, market feedback, and revenue growth

We are looking for someone who has

  • Strong experience in B2B sales / healthcare sales / SaaS / HealthTech / pharma / diagnostics / clinic or hospital software
  • Ability to build sales systems from the ground up
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in team handling and target ownership
  • A growth mindset and startup execution attitude
