In addition, the company offers team extension services, enabling clients to scale their technology capabilities efficiently and effectively.
Role Description The Head of Sales – AI Automation & Talent is a full-time, responsible for driving revenue growth across Ciphernutz’s AI automation and team extension offerings. This role leads the sales strategy, manages the sales pipeline, and oversees key client accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and recurring business. Daily activities include identifying and qualifying new prospects, conducting discovery meetings, presenting tailored AI and talent solutions, and negotiating contracts. The person in this role will collaborate closely with delivery, engineering, and leadership teams to align client expectations with technical capabilities, while mentoring and guiding the sales team toward performance targets. The Head of Sales is also expected to monitor market trends, refine go-to-market approaches, and represent Ciphernutz at industry events and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills to build pipelines, close deals, and define revenue-focused strategies.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management capabilities to nurture client relationships, manage renewals, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Management skills to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales metrics, assess market opportunities, and make data-informed decisions.
- Proven experience selling technology, AI, or consulting services, preferably in B2B environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision makers.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
